Applicable scope:

  c. According to the ball mill discharging, the output of qualified products, referring to the actual outfit similar concentrator ball mill is measured, decide this set reasonable quantity loaded ball mill, less than 72 hours of step trial operation.

3. The load increases and commissioning the length of time, with size and gear reducer gear running in conditions (temperature, noise, gear surface contact, etc.) as the basis for sure.

4. commissioning of cooling and lubrication system should be working normally. The main bearing, transmission bearings, reducer temperature should be normal.

5. Load 2/3 number of steel ball test run 24-48 hours, should check and tighten all bolts again.
